Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon, 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. cornmeal, 1 egg, lightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain salmon, reserving small amount of liquid.
Combine cracker crumbs and reserved liquid.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in salmon, cornmeal and other ingredients.
