Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. canned salmon, 2 c. mashed potatoes, 2 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 3 tsp. lemon juice and 2 small onions, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Break up salmon in large bowl.
Add potatoes, onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Form into patties.
Coat patties with flour.
