Salmon Mousse(Delicious!)
Salmon Mousse(Delicious!) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1/2 boiling water, 1/2 c. miracle whip and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soften gelatin in cold water large mixing bowl. Stir in the boiling water and whisk the mixture until gelatin dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
The Miracle Whip, lemon juice, onion, Tabasco, paprika, salt and dill. Refrigerate for
30 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken slightly.
Fold in the salmon.
Whip the cream and gently fold into mixture.
Put in 6 to 8 cup bowl or mold; cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Serve with crackers, toast or black bread. Can be served a main course, garnished with watercress. Serves 12 as an appetizer and 4 to 6 as main course.
