Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with c. canned salmon, flaked and drained, c. fine bread crumbs, . butter, eggs, slightly beaten and . chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Peel potatoes and cut into tiny strips, lengthwise. Cook in small amount of fat (until slightly soft); do not brown.
Remove, sprinkle with salt and arrange nests inside large, deep muffin tins, pressing firmly against sides and bottom.
Bake in hot oven, 450°, for 15 minutes.
Use carrots, parsnips, macaroni, spaghetti or fine noodles instead of potatoes.
Fill with your favorite filling such as salmon, tuna, chicken cubes, chicken ala king, etc., and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
