Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, 1/3 c. milk, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain salmon; save liquid.
Pour milk over bread crumbs and stand 5 minutes.
Add flaked salmon, egg, onion, liquid, lemon juice, parsley and seasoning.
Spoon into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm.
