Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. chopped green onion, 1 tbsp. butter/margarine, melted and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Flake salmon, discarding skin and bones.
In a bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Combine milk and egg.
Add to salmon mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or in a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
