Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. salmon, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain salmon (save liquor for sauce).
Remove bones and break into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form loaf and bake in 8 1/2-inch loaf pan at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly brown.
Turn on platter and serve with Salmon Sauce.
