Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can flaked salmon, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add lemon juice to salmon; set aside.
In saucepan, melt butter, then blend in flour, salt and milk.
Cook to a smooth sauce.
Add onion, celery, eggs, bread crumbs, peas and salmon. Bake at 350Β° in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes.
