Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. finely chopped celery and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in butter until yellow.
Combine with celery, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and flaked salmon.
Combine eggs with milk and pour over bread crumbs.
Add to other ingredients and blend well.
Pack into well-greased loaf pan and bake in a 350Β° oven for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
