Salmon Croquettes
Salmon Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. fine chopped onion, 1 tbsp. parsley and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine drained salmon, chicken soup, onion, parsley, 1 egg and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Mix well and chill for one hour.
Shape into 3 inch patties.
Slightly beat the 2 remaining eggs.
Roll patties in flour, dip into egg, then coat with remaining bread crumbs. Chill an additional 2 hours.
Heat deep frying oil to 365Β°.
Add 4 croquettes at a time and fry about 3 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with cocktail or tartar sauce.
