Salmon Croquettes
Salmon Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can salmon, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
Flake.
Dilute soup in milk.
Heat soup until well blended.
Add part of soup to salmon and mix well.
Save remaining soup for sauce.
Chill salmon mixture.
Shape croquettes; roll in crumbs.
Dip in slightly beaten egg to which a little water has been added.
Roll again in crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 375Β°.
