Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cooked carrots, 1/4 c. cooked onions, 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, cleaned, 1 c. cooked macaroni and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook carrots and onions in small amount of salted water; drain.
Break salmon into chunks; place in greased 2-quart casserole.
Add carrots, onions and macaroni.
Stir in soup, salt and pepper.
Melt butter; toss with bread crumbs.
Top with crumbs and cheese.
Bake in moderate oven (375Β°) about 20 minutes.
Serve with stewed tomatoes, apple, cherry and nut salad and fruit cobbler dessert.
