Salmon Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can red salmon, 1 medium onion, diced, 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Remove back bone from salmon and drain.
Add all ingredients. Mold into cakes.
Saute 3 minutes each side in 1/4 cup shortening.
