Salmon Burgers
Salmon Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1 c. bread crumbs, toasted (optional), 1/2 c. chopped green onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
Break salmon into small pieces.
Remove skin and bones.
Stir in egg, crumbs, onions and seasoning (optional) to taste.
Salmon is salty!!
If mixture seems dry, add some of reserved liquid.
Shape into 5 or 6 patties.
Heat butter in large skillet.
Brown patties on both sides.
Serve with cream or lemon sauce, if desired.
