Sally's Peanut Butter Cookies
Sally'S Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 beaten eggs and 1 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together the shortening, butter, sugars and peanut butter.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture, blend well.
Mix in oatmeal.
Shape dough into small balls.
Do not flatten.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
