Salisbury Steaks
Salisbury Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 large sliced onion and 1 can beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg.
Shape into 4 oval patties; brown in skillet for about 10 minutes.
Add onion, broth and mushrooms.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove patties.
Heat liquid to boil.
Mix cornstarch with small amount of water.
Stir into boiling liquid.
Boil for 1 minute.
Serve over patties.
