Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can creamed mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine 1/4 cup of soup with rest of ingredients, except water.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 6 patties.
Place in shallow pan or baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Combine remaining soup and water.
Pour over meat and bake 10 minutes more. Yields 6 servings.
