Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg and 1/3 of soup.
Add bread crumbs and soak for 5 minutes.
Add onions, salt and pepper and bread crumbs to meat and mix.
Form approximately 6 patties and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Mix remaining soup and water (I add Worcestershire sauce) and pour over patties.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
