Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs and 1/4 c. finely chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix 1/2 cup soup, bread crumbs, onions and egg.
Shape into 6 patties.
In skillet, over medium heat, cook until brown.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes until done, turning patties occasionally.
