Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. crackers and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, cracker crumbs, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper; shape into patties.
Fry in skillet over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once.
Remove patties and keep warm.
Add gravy, mushrooms and water to skillet; heat 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
