Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1 egg (optional), salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt or any seasonings to taste and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings.
Make into patties or meatballs and fry.
Drain grease.
Add cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk.
