Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 6 tbsp. a-1 steak sauce, divided, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a bowl combine beef, tablespoons A-1 sauce, salt and pepper.
Shape into 6 patties and brown on both sides in a 12-inch Dutch oven.
Drain.
In another bowl combine remaining A-1, soup and catsup.
Patties.
Simmer
15 minutes.
