Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets, 1 c. dannon plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt, 1/4 c. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Add broccoli. Cook and stir just until tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt and Mozzarella.
