Salami Shell Salad
Salami Shell Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with c. large shells, c. vegetable oil, garlic clove, to 12 parsley sprigs, stems removed and bunch scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook shells, drain.
Rinse with cold water, drain well, put in medium bowl.
Put oil and garlic in container of blender or food processor, process until garlic is pureed.
Add parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Process until parsley is finely chopped. Pour dressing over shells and toss to coat.
Add salami, cheese and scallions, toss again.
Refrigerate until serving time.
