Salad South Pacific is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fresh or canned pineapple chunks, 2 c. cold, cooked rice, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/3 c. raisins and 1/4 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine pineapple, rice, celery and raisins.
Toss lightly. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over rice mixture and toss.
