Ruth Ann's Fillets
Ruth Ann'S Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and fillet of fish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Salt and pepper fillet lightly and place in glass dish, skin down.
Mix butter, parsley, lemon juice and cracker crumbs. Spread mixture on fish.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon paprika on top. Sprinkle with Old Bay (optional).
Cook on High 5 minutes, covered with Saran.
Rotate 1/2 turn, cook 6 minutes until fillets flake easily.
Let set a few minutes before eating.
