Russian Tea
Russian Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 whole cloves, 2 sticks cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (may use bottled or 1 slice fresh), 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (lemon and orange) and 1 family size tea bag or 2 small tea bags, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Tie the cloves, cinnamon sticks, orange and lemon rinds in a bag.
Bring the 2 quarts of water to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add the bag of spices and the tea bag; steep 10 minutes.
Remove the spices and tea bag.
Add the sugar and remaining juices. Serve hot.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
