Russian Tea
Russian Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. tea (medium strength), 6 oranges, 4 lemons, 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks and 2 tsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Simmer fruit rinds, cinnamon and cloves in 2 quarts water slowly for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Strain and add to tea and fruit juices.
Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups of sugar to suit taste. Makes enough for 25.
