Russian Salad
Russian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 marshmallows (2/3 c. miniature equals 6 large), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime jello, 3/4 c. boiling water, 3 oz. cream cheese and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix marshmallows, jello, water and cream cheese over medium heat, whipping to make smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
