Rueben Casserole
Rueben Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can corned beef, 1 (16oz.) can sauerkraut (drained), 1 c. grated swiss cheese, 3 slices rye bread (toasted in butter and cubed) and 1 (8oz.) bottle russion dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam.
Break up corned beef and ut in bottom.
Put a dressing over it.
Put drained sauerkraut over corned beef.
Sprinkle bread cubes over top.
Pour remaining dressing over bread cubes and cover with Swiss Cheese.
