Rouladen
Rouladen is an easy dinner. Made with thin sliced beef 1/4-inch thick, dijon mustard, chopped onions and diced bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour beef flat to tenderize.
Pieces should be rectangular. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread beef with mustard on each slice.
Add onions and bacon.
Roll slices, starting at small end and fasten with toothpicks or wrap with thread.
Brown in a little oil, add water and simmer (covered) for about one hour or so. Make gravy from liquid.
