Rolls
Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. crisco lard, 2 c. sweet milk, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Work shortening and sugar well into the flour.
Add yeast milk; mix well.
Put out on dough board and work with large biscuit cutter.
Brush with butter.
Fold in half.
Put in pan. Brush butter on top.
Put damp towel over them.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Set out.
At 400Β° about 15 minutes.
