Rolled Chicken Breasts With Asparagus is an impressive dinner. Pound chicken breasts between waxed paper to flatten.
Brush top side with melted butter.
Place 2 to 3 asparagus spears on each breast, roll and secure with toothpicks.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
Roll each breast in remaining melted butter, then in bread crumb mixture.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to one hour. Meanwhile, make sauce.
