Rolled Cabbage
Rolled Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 10 leaves cabbage, 1 can tomatoes, 1/4 c. celery, diced and 1/8 c. bell pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Put hamburger into large mixing bowl.
Add tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, salt, cracker crumbs and bread crumbs.
Make the hamburger into 10 oblong rolls.
Wrap a cabbage leaf around each hamburger roll.
Put a toothpick in each to hold the cabbage leaf in place.
Place into oblong bread pan and bake at 350° to 400° for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
