Purée bananas in blender.
In a bowl, combine bananas, nuts, coconut, oats and sunflower seeds. Spread evenly in a 9 x 15-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Stir to separate; bake for 10 minutes, stir again. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
