Roasted Maple Squash
Roasted Maple Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. squash (any kind), 3 tbsp. olive ol, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Peel squash and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
In shallow roasting pan, toss squash with oil, maple syrup and salt.
Arrange in a single layer in pan and roast 35 to 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until tender and golden.
