Roast Pork
Roast Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. boneless pork loin (double), 8 garlic cloves, cut into slivers, 2 tbsp. sage, 2 tbsp. minced onion and 2 tbsp. marjoram, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 325°.
Trim all fat from loins.
Cut small holes in loins.
Fill with garlic slivers.
Combine remaining dry ingredients and rub into loins thoroughly.
Place in shallow roasting pan.
Do not add water.
Roast uncovered until thermometer registers 170°, 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Allow to cool slightly.
Slice thin; arrange on platter.
Makes 12 servings.
