Sprinkle each side of roast with listed seasoning, sauce and onions.
Place in browning bag and follow directions of manufacturer of bag.
Place in oven at 300Β° in pan and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending upon doneness desired.
Beef makes own natural gravy that may be used as is or, if preferred, can be thickened as desired.
