Rita's Bread Pudding
Rita'S Bread Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 capful vanilla, 6 slices buttered bread, 1 c. sugar and 5 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs until light with fork.
Add sugar gradually and beat well.
Add milk and vanilla.
Butter heavily 3 slices of bread and make sandwiches with 3 more slices.
Slice into quarters and line a casserole.
Pour egg-milk mixture over the buttered bread.
Add raisins and coconut and place in a pan of water.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
