Ricotta Pie
Ricotta Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. ricotta cheese, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. grated orange peel, 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
Beat the eggs until foamy; add the 1 cup sugar.
Stir into the Ricotta mixture until well blended and smooth.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until mixture is firm and pastry is golden brown.
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack until cool.
Keep refrigerated.
