Ricotta Pie
Ricotta Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box pillsbury prepared pie crust, 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 to 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Remove sausage from casing, crumble and cook.
Let cool.
Mix together eggs, Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
Add cooled sausage.
Place pie crust into a 9-inch pan following package directions.
Fill with cheese mixture and top with second crust.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Let cool before cutting.
