In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients except pecans.
Add mixture to dry ingredients with pecans; stir just to blend.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
