Ricotta Cookies
Ricotta Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. ricotta cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Soften butter.
Blend with Ricotta until creamy.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Add sugar gradually, beating until well blended.
Add egg and mix well.
Slowly stir in dry ingredients and blend well.
Drop from a teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
Yields 30 to 36 cookies.
