Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. ricotta, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a large bowl add to the flour the egg yolks, Ricotta, lemon rind, lemon juice and raisins.
Mix delicately.
Then add the baking powder and the whipped egg whites.
Stir the ingredients together and pour on a nonstick oven pan.
Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour.
