Rickie's Cookies
Rickie'S Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 egg, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar and margarine well.
Add eggs, flour and cream of tartar; mix well.
Then stir in pecans, candied fruit and cherries.
Roll in a long roll.
Wrap and chill overnight.
Slice about 1/8-inch thick.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375Β° for 6 to 8 minutes.
