Rich Creamy Fudge

Made with c. sugar, c. pet evaporated milk, c. margarine or butter, (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 2 c. and (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème or 1 1/2 c., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coat a 13 x 9 pan with butter
In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter
Heat over high heat until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly
Reduce heat to medium; boil 6 minutes, until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips, Marshmallow Crème and vanilla
Pour into buttered pan
Refrigerate until firm
Cut into 1-inch squares.
