Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, 4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and grated peel of 1/2 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix rice, milk, salt and sugar.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in slow oven (300Β°) for 1 hour, stirring several times.
Add lemon peel, nutmeg and raisins.
Continue baking for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Two-third cup brown sugar may be used in place of granulated sugar.
Serves 6.
