Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large eggs or 4 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix eggs, sugar and salt.
Add scalded milk; add nutmeg, vanilla, rice and raisins.
Pour into 1-quart buttered casserole; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set in pan of water (1/2 casserole in water).
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 6 servings.
