Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. rice (not minute), 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 c. milk, scalded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Simmer boiling water, rice, butter and salt for 15 minutes. Add scalded milk to rice mixture and simmer 15 more minutes.
Add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. Pour into serving bowl.
Cinnamon may be sprinkled on top.
