Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. rice, uncooked, pinch of salt and 1 egg, beaten with 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add rice, sugar and salt in large cooking pot.
Add milk, bring to boil then simmer until rice is tender.
Stir often.
Beat eggs and add the cup of milk to it.
Add rice mixture, bring to boil again and remove from heat immediately.
Pour into large bowl and let cool.
Chill.
Stir often.
